DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS
Heizou can identify weak points on an object, structure, or (with OOC player permission!) a human. On an object or structure these are obviously physical weaknesses, and it defaults to physical weaknesses on humans for now.

MANUAL SHUTDOWN
By touching or hitting an object (or a person!), Heizou can hit it with a sort of specialized EMP that shuts it down for a short while without doing any long-term damage to the target.

ACCELERATE
Heizou can go really fast. Big zoomy.

Limelight AU

Cute little worker at the local repair shop, chatty and friendly, has great intuition and often solves extra problems along with the one you brought to him!
